When you use Conformètre, we collect the website address you submit for scanning, along with the technical data needed to crawl that site.

If you request the detailed report, we collect your email address. Your consent to marketing communications (CASL) is stored separately from report delivery.

2. How we use information

Information is used to produce your compliance report, deliver it to you, and — with your consent — tell you about our services. We never sell your personal information.

3. Data retention

Scanned site content is kept for at most 90 days, then deleted automatically. Captured email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to the address below.
